The block transfer machine is used to load the rockwool blocks from a planting or seeding line and transport them. This is done by means of a fixed belt that is seamlessly connected to the conveyor belt. The machine can also place the blocks against each other on concrete greenhouse floors. In doing so, it can spread the blocks with a small, self-determined distance lengthwise. In width, this is always a fixed distance, but longitudinally it can be fixed or variable.
The deck integrates with Rockwool Line and conveyor belts
Because there are only a few moving parts, there is almost no wear
The power of simplicity makes this machine easy to use
Less labour intensive by automating processes
