IDEAAL 's electric pot spacing machine has been specially developed for picking up and separating round plastic plant pots in greenhouses. Its strength lies in the fact that it’s the only machine suitable for several different pot sizes. This machine can also spread the pots in both directions, which is relevant when a crop grows not only in height but also in width and therefore needs more space over its lifetime. This (re)spreading can be done in a pattern of straight rows as well as a number of different patterns.
The stepless adjustment of the rows for pots or trays from 10.5 cm to 23 cm is done via a spindle on the back of each row. This allows you to adjust the pressure on the side of the pot to the right pressure where the pot clamps best, regardless of the hardness and quality of the plastic.
The deck with ten, twelve or fourteen chain rows fits on the rolling undercarriage of the standard IDEAAL block pick-up machine. So with one undercarriage, IDEAAL can create four different machines!
